About the EquipmentShare Foundation
Our History
The EquipmentShare Foundation was founded in 2020 and granted 501c3 status through the IRS in 2022.
Since being granted non-profit status from the IRS, ESF has been working to build and allocate resources to help individuals across the country overcome the hardships that they face.

Our Board of Directors is comprised of dedicated individuals from diverse backgrounds and expertise with an unwavering commitment and shared vision for positive change, who steer the course of our organization toward greater impact and effectiveness.
Our Mission
The EquipmentShare Foundation is on a mission to construct stronger communities in every place that EquipmentShare calls "home." The Foundation accomplishes its mission by providing support to EquipmentShare employees and community members during times of unforeseen crisis and hardship.
